Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the Mass. Burial will be at Harding Cemetery in Harding, IL. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.

She was born in Ottawa, Illinois on October 19, 1931, to John F. Mitchell and Helen M. (Schneider) Mitchell. She married David Allen Hall on October 13, 1951, at St. Columba Church in Ottawa. She was also a member of the Kimball Thimble Quilt Guild, the LaSalle County Genealogy Guild and a lifetime parishioner of St. Columba Church. She and her husband enjoyed traveling in Europe. Her fellow members of the St. Xavier Forty-Niners added much joy to her life with their friendship and the fun they had together at monthly breakfasts.
